Unfortunately due to the volume of requests, TechWatch is unable to answer any PC help related questions directly.  If you are after drivers or firmware for your device, the only place to locate this is at the manufacturer's website.

For other queries that can't be answered by searching the internet or reading the manufacturer's website, you can try posting a topic about the problem  or question on our forums.  Make sure your questions are worded clearly and that you provide as much information as possible.  Remember, the forum members aren't paid to answer questions so you may not always receive the answer you are looking for.
